The laundry machines in the Savvy laundromat can be booked and paid for easily, via app.

Lockable cellar space

For bulky items, bicycles or e-bikes, Savvy tenants can simply book some additional, lockable cellar space.

Lending station for cleaning utensils

Sharing is caring: On each floor of the Savvy building there is a lending station with everyday items, such as a hoover or ironing board. Simply borrow them and put them back after use.

Bicycle cellar

In the basement there is a bicycle cellar accessible only to residents.

It’s in your hand

The Savvy app is packed with convenient features. Easily view important documents, report any damage, or see what’s new on the notice board. The app also offers a collection of relevant information and important contact details, such as caretaker or cleaning service. In addition, you can find information about the in-house restaurant and useful tips for exploring the surrounding area. You can also use the app to exchange information with your neighbours: simply create a profile and post your concerns.
