The furnished apartments can be rented for as long as you desire with a minimum rental period of six months. A landlord certificate for registration ("Anmeldung") is possible.

We will be happy to provide you with a housing provider certificate (Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung) for registration (Anmeldung).
